sports

Doing sports is very important for evenyone .but as we know ,every coin have two sides.donging sports is good for ourselves .and is bad for ourselves,too.
   It can improve our ablities of prtecting us from illness,and also make us look more beautiful ,because it can speed up the speed of the fluing flood.so the skene is full of light and looks more young than the age of the fact ,the good which bring is the same as the other parts of the body such as the heart in a word ,doing sports can make us more heathy once we own the heath it means we own the other more things ,there even are people say :own the heath means own all.maybe the saying is not complitly true ,but Ithink if there are questoins on our body  we can not do things as little as can not do well ,so own well health is so important  ,doing sports is important .
    but also doing sports has some dad for us,if one sporter who work on sports year after year .till one day when he or she has a big age ,he or she can not work any more ,when the day of retiring come ,he or she does not spent so much time on it .after a long time ,he or she will become fatter and fatter .even come other questions which is bad for the heath ,and also there can be hurt such as felling down .the questions can be as terrible as possible ,at last,we shoude pian the time properly ,if not ,if we do not do sports today ,but doing a lot tomorrow .it also can de bad for our healty.
  there are so many bad ,but as long as we pay plant of attion.we can only make it good for us ,we need doing sports every day ,so we shoud keep doing it .and has a lively life .
